Lunch and Leisure is a support group for those living with mental illness which meets at Riverwood each Wednesday. This group provides a safe, interesting and encouraging space for people to come, eat lunch together, do activities and go on monthly outings. Experienced coordinators supervise the group, and in 2015 we are introducing a peer to peer mentoring program that has been funded by South Eastern Sydney Partners in Recovery. If you or a family member could benefit from this group then please join us.

Play Day meets from 10am – 12pm each Tuesday during the school term.
Play Day is similar in format to a community Playgroup. Riverwood Anglican Play Day is run by church members for children not yet at school. It’s a time when parents, grandparents and carers can come and enjoy a stimulating program of games, music, stories and craft with their child. It’s also a place where adults can meet other adults and gain support and encouragement, as well as build friendships.
